Leonardo Tirabassi

Hello! My name is Leo, and I was born in 1989. Before becoming an entrepreneur, I spent several years working in finance. I understand the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of the corporate world and the toll it can take on both your body and mind. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on the importance of balance, resilience, and mental clarity.

In addition to my professional background, I'm dedicated bboy (breakdancer) for over 20 years, still competing at a high level. Breaking has instilled in me a deep sense of discipline, creativity, and physical & mental endurance. Alongside this, I’ve practiced yoga for more than 10 years, blending the dynamic strength and expression of dance with the mindfulness and balance of yoga. This holistic approach has been instrumental in managing the demands of my entrepreneurial journey, and I’m passionate about sharing these tools with others.

I also speak six languages — English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese — allowing me to connect with a diverse range of clients.

My approach

I take an individual-centered approach to teaching. Each session is customized based on your goals, fitness level, and preferred learning style. This means that every practice is uniquely yours, adapted to progress as you do. We can hold our classes in one of the rooms of our studio or online, allowing for flexibility in how you choose to practice. I take my practice seriously and only work with clients who are committed to their growth. Therefore, I require a commitment of at least 10 classes to ensure that we can achieve meaningful progress together.
